A little about me...
I completed my Bachelor of Science at The University of Texas at Austin in Human Development and Family Sciences with a specialty in Japanese language in December 2012. I have volunteered at the Naval Hospital on Camp Lester, Okinawa, Japan and have used my bilingual skills to assist military families during checkups and appointments. My coursework has also given me a distinctive understanding of family dynamics and general human development. However, growing up as a military child I have unique insight into certain difficulties that military families face such as moving very often and having a deployed family member. Through my variety of work experiences and volunteering I have gained valuable knowledge necessary to be an efficient communicator both verbally and in writing. I am enthusiastic to utilize my experience in a variety of work settings.
